Well, it’s early March. The longest month of the winter. By my count, we’ve had about five clear nights. It seems that every time I look up, I see thick grey skies looking back at me. We’ve had some good viewing and some outstanding events this summer. Unfortunately, we remain limited to member-only events as we are not yet able to invite the public to Darling Hill Observatory. Friday 9/11 at 7:00 PM is our member meeting. We will have a short lecture by Dave Wormuth and some time for open-floor discussion of all the great observing and photography that has been going on. I know this has been a tough year for social activities, and I’m sorry to have to say again that we are not able to host public star parties at the Darling Hill Observatory in Tully, NY at this time. Thanks for your patience. We’ll be back in time.
