At DHO after last night’s weather postponement.
Monday morning May 9th, the planet Mercury will pass in front of the sun for about 6 hours.
Assuming we have clear skies, it should be visible in its entirety.
At Darling Hill Observatory starting at 7:00 PM
In the event of inclement weather, we will go over operation of the telescope.
Open for all. Sunset is around 7:07 PM and full darkness is around 8:42.
Will be quite cool (think full winter dress for new visitors).
